Rizzie Galan Wins The Second Main Event Satellite (P8,000 overlay)
About 50 players showed up this time in the 2nd METRO MAIN EVENT P500 buy-in satellite tournament, making a 25,000 pot which meant there was an P8,000 overlay from The Metro. Surprisingly, several veteran poker players decided to join the tournament this time, taking a shot at the free seat up for grabs.

METRO Main Event Thursday Satellite Gets P18,000 Overlay!
The first Satellite for the METRO MAIN EVENT concluded yesterday, with 30 players participating in the P500 buy-in guaranteed seat tournament. Yes the pot was only P15,000, but true to it’s word, The Metro gave a seat worth P33,000 to the eventual winner Mae Peters. That’s a total of P18,000 added value!
