*Dates: First Elimination Round — April 20, 2008 (Sunday)
A specific time will be designated for each match (starts 3pm onwards)

*All entrants are required to register on or before April 20, 2008 @ 2pm

All succeeding rounds will all be on the championship date which is on April 26,2008 (Saturday) @ 2pm

*Structure:

The tournament has a unique, single-elimination, bracket-style format modeled after college basketball tournaments. Win a match and advance to the next round; win six matches and be crowned champion.

Filipino Poker Tour Won by Metro Player Kent Del RosarioThe second leg of the Pokerstars Filipino Poker Tour recently wrapped up after a 3-day tournament that once again featured the best poker players from around the country. A total of 98 players joined the P50,000 peso buy in event, making a massive 4.9 Million Peso pool, 10% of which was given to charity. A whopping P1.4 Million first prize awaited the eventual champion of the biggest local tournament to date. The winner would also get a seat to the upcoming Pokerstars Asia Pacific Poker Tour later this year, a $2,500 tournament featuring the best of Asia and the world.
