Dave “The Devilfish” Ulliott is a foreboding character, eyes hidden behind dark shades and a menacingly calm demeanor. Large rings decorate his fingers as he passively observes you from across the table. Ulliott is more bite than bark, though, with his notoriously aggressive and unpredictable style of play.
Ulliott got his start playing cards in grade school, continue playing cash games throughout his life until in the 1990s he won so frequently that finding a game in England became difficult. Thus, in 1996 he moved to Las Vegas and entered the tournament scene.
Easily one of the most recognized faces in poker, Ulliott is also one of the most successful. With countless major tournaments won, Ulliott has become a forced to be reckoned with.

Poker Players I Respect Most: I respect several poker players at their own game but not too many players are good at more than 1 or 2 games in my opinion. Maybe one of the best all round players I have met might be Johnny Chan who is also a nice guy.
If I could change anything in the world: I would like to find a cure for the big diseases.
If I could change anything in the poker world: Corporate sponsorship, also never to go broke again!! I would like to pass these wise words on that were passed onto me by my late grandfather. He took me to one side , he put his arm around my shoulder and he said “remember these three words and you will never be broke(stick em up!!)” Also I would really love it if Anna Raphael (the world number 2) were still a single woman.
