Haxton to Challenge Isildur1

Isaac “philivey2694” Haxton will be the first player to take on Isildur1 in the SuperStar Showdown on PokerStars.

Haxton, an experienced grinder with a runner up finish at the 2007 PCA and another second place finish in the 2009 WSOP $40k event, will play 2,500 hands against Isildur1 this Sunday at 6 p.m. ET.
Isildur1 and Haxton will each bring $150,000 to four tables and play $50/$100 No-Limit Hold’em until 2,500 hands is complete or one of the players burns through his entire stack. Whoever finishes with a profit will be crowned the winner.
Meanwhile Isildur1, who is rumored to be Swede Viktor Blom, has been busy in his first week as a Team PokerStars Pro.
He won over $280k in his first day on the site and then lost $300k the following day. Add in a few other minor losses and he’s down about $80k in his first seven days on PokerStars.
