Katchalov Will Test Isildur1 Sunday

A new challenger has lined up to take on Viktor “Isildur1″ Blom in the latest SuperStar Showdown match.

Coming off a win in the $100k buy-in Super High Roller event at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure, Eugene “MyRabbiFoo” Katchalov will play the much-hyped Team PokerStars Pro Feb. 13 at 3 p.m. ET.

In addition to the high roller win, Katchalov boasts a WPT title, five WSOP final table appearances and better than $6 million in career live tournament earnings.

The 2,500-hand match will be played over four tables of $50/$100 No-Limit Hold’em.

This will be Blom’s fourth SuperStar Showdown challenge.

He lost to Isaac Haxton, but has beaten Tony G and Daniel Cates to post a 2-1 record thus far.
