Urindanger Scores $353k

November 25, 2010

It was a slow weekend for the high stakes games on Full Tilt Poker but that didn’t keep Di “Urindanger” Dang from winning $353k.

Gus Hansen

The frighteningly consistent Dang put in over 1,224 hands over the weekend and reacquainted himself with old rival Gus Hansen in $500/$1,000 Cap PLO.

Dang and Hansen played over 150 hands against each other but Urindanger was in the driver’s seat for the length of the session and ended up winning $93k from Hansen.

The weekend wasn’t a complete write off for the Great Dane, however, as he managed to play well in the H.O.R.S.E. games and actually finished with a small $47k profit.

Meanwhile Urindanger, who is sometimes criticized for his tight play and table selection, is now up nearly $1 million in 2010. Since 2007, Urindanger has yet to record a losing year in online poker.

Other big winners over the weekend included Luukie21 who took down $177k, Erik “DIN_FRU” Sagstrom who raked $149k and bixiu who won $84k.

Ilari “Ziigmund” Sahamies, who’s had a rough couple weeks at the online tables, was the biggest loser over the last three days with $163k missing from his bankroll. Fellow Finn Jani Vilmunen felt his pain as he lost $149k this weekend. Rounding out the top three biggest losers was TheComeUp who dropped $140k.
