By signing the membership form, the player warrants and certifies their understanding and acceptance of the rules, terms and conditions set forth below:

1. The member becomes party to and agrees to abide by all of the rules, terms and conditions specified by The Metro, including any revisions that may take place periodically.
2. The member agrees to review regularly, the rules, terms, and conditions set forth by the Management.
3. The member is an "adult" over the age of twenty-one (21) years old as defined and accepted by PAGCOR.
4. The member indemnifies The Metro, its employees, officers, directors, and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities, and damages arising from incidents inside the club.
5. The member further and specifically indemnifies The Metro, its employees, officers, directors, or any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other action taken either by or against the member arising from any and all interaction with our club and / or its employees, officers, directors or any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations. Such action shall include (but not necessarily limited to) any actions that might arise as a result of unlawful acts inside The Metro.
6. The management reserves the right to refuse entry to The Metro of any person. The Metro also reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal they suspect are in anyway linked to fraudulent activity.
7. The Metro is licensed under the terms of the city of Pasig and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
