1st METRO 5K SATURDAY!

The 1st METRO 5K SATURDAY concluded last Saturday, with a total of 57 players coming to play in the P250,000 guaranteed tournament. With the pot reaching P285,000, the competition was very intense. The best Poker players came with their A-game and was ready for a night of great poker action.
The Metro was packed! While the tournament was ongoing, the other tables were all full, with a waiting list 4 tables long!
After several hours of play, the game saw a formidable roster of players in the final table. APPT finalist Erick Sia came in with the chip lead, Metro75 winner John Estrada, Filipino Poker Tour Finalist Lee Maranan, and several other poker veterans came ready to take down the 100,000 peso first place prize. Final table took almost as long as half the tournament, but in the end, John Estrada came out the winner and became the first ever player to have both METRO75 AND 5K SATURDAY Titles! He now has the 5K Saturday Jacket to go with his Metro75 t-shirt!
Great game, great pot, great poker, what more could you ask for? Only at The Metro!
