Due to numerous requests from players wanting to join the Guaranteed Mega satellites, the Metro Card Club has decided to reschedule the tournaments. The tournament scheduled for tonight has been moved to Thursday, January 22nd. Our updated schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, January 20th and Thursday, January 22nd 2009 at 8:00 pm

hi… my hubby joined the satellite tournament for the apt seat last January 20, 2009 … although we always play tournament at home and cash games at the metro he would still feel nervous in playing with the pros.. on that night, he had’nt expected to be in 5th place… omg! he’s an amateur and yet he runs in 5th… oh wer so glad and proud… maybe next time he’ll bag the 1st place… =) we are so glad that metrocard cater players not just with pros… til our next play!
hi. I wasn’t able to make it last thursday to play, too bad. May i know who won on January22? Was there a game? I didn’t see in the website the other winner.

I think edgar alex is the name of the january 22 seat for apt.. I know the name because I goes heads up with him.. Shoot!! I heard that he thought that i was bluffing in the last hand.. We both got middle pair and i had a the better kicker, then the river Boom!! he hits his straight.. Damn I go home with nothing.. I should have offered him to buy my chips for 50k… Oh well, lose hope.. ^^ hehe
