Another batch of players advanced to Day 2 of the METRO SUMMER EVENT 3 MILLION GUARANTEED with 23 players out of the 106 entries surviving Day 1B. Earning the kingly status for this heat was Filipino player Jan Morris Bolotaolo with his 207,300 stack. It is no surprise to see Bolotaolo in this high position as he has a knack for going deep. Last year, he finished 8th at the RVS Cup, and has two small tournament titles under his belt from other local events.

Trailing the leader in second position is Randy Crineo with 204,900 and in third position is Rodrigo Sequite with 198,300. For the latter Sequite, he is definitely one player to watch out for. His strong performance at a local event last month has fired him up ranking high once again to show he intends to take it all the way. Other notables that also made it through Day 1B were Manuel Mascunana, Joven Huerto, and Michael De Leon. Chip counts below.

Now that two starting days are in the books, we move on to the last two entry days. So all you weekend warriors, gear up and hit the felt. Day 1C kicks off at 3pm today. The player to catch up to is still the Day 1A chip leader, Christopher Pasion with his massive 370,900 stack.

Quick info for everyone, buy-in to this featured tournament is P5,500 + P500 entry fee. Players have a two-entry limit per day. Starting stack is a deep 20,000 with opening blinds at 25-50. Blinds increase every 30 minutes with late registration closing at the start of Level 8.
